  • Processing times may extend during peak periods, new drops, or promotional sales.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

These are estimates — Innerverse cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking information is missing or not updating, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping address details are correct at checkout.
Innerverse is not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delivery issues caused by address errors

If the order is returned due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Innerverse is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

  • For claims, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

If a package appears lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us — we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Customs, Duties, & Import Fees (International)

International shipments may be subject to:

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Split Shipments
